“Now to Him who is able to do—and wants to do for you—far more exceedingly, abundantly beyond all that you ask or think, dream or imagine according to the power that works within you, to Him be the glory…” (Ephesians 3:20-21).
Friend, so many of us are bound by the poverty of our imagination.
However, you have the ability to do far more than your mind can even conceive.
Genesis 11:4-6 proves this.
The people of Babel decided to “build for themselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven and make for themselves a name.”
The Lord responded to their bold intentions, “Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing they have imagined will be impossible for them.”
Wow!
We were created in the image of God, and that’s why we have the ability to create our future with our words and imagination.
And we, as the children of God, can do this according to God’s power that works within us.
But let’s create the future God wants us to create by doing the things He wants us to do.
BUT REMEMBER: If you don’t discover God’s plan for you, you will live according to somebody else’s plan.
I want to leave you with this thought: it’s time to get rid of your limitations!
2 Corinthians 6:12-13 (MSG) says, “The smallness you feel comes from within you. Your lives aren’t small, but you’re living them in a small way… Open up your lives. Live openly and expansively!”
I hope this encourages you!
